A blog for Christmas

Hi everybody

Christmas is a time for Peace and Joy. That may be a truism, but it is always worth repeating the obvious at a time the world appears to be descending into chaos.

As a writer of historical fiction and fact, I can happily state that the world is no worse than it ever was. For every bad event, there will be a thousand acts of kindness that go unreported and unrecorded. For every criminal there will be a thousand honest people. for every country at war, there willl be a score where peace reigns.

Rather than focus on the negative, look to the positive and help make the world a better place. You know you want to!

Merry Christmas and Peace to All

Malcolm! Welcolm to the blogging world. That was a nice, peaceful thought for Christmas and I agree, it’s only the bad stuff that gets recorded for history, not polite acts of holding a door for a stranger and the such. And, hey, we made it past the Mayan prediction for the end of the world so maybe we’ll get a fresh start on things. Great news by the way about your books being available on practically every type of e-reader.
